A bi-weekly online gathering for women to rest, reconnect, and remember the sacredness of life growing within.
Pregnancy is one of the most profound initiations a woman can experience. It’s not only a physical journey; it’s emotional, spiritual, and deeply transformative. The Sacred Pregnancy Circle is a sanctuary for you to slow down, be witnessed, and honor the sacred unfolding of your motherhood journey in community with other women.
Whether you are in your first trimester or nearing birth, this space welcomes you exactly as you are; tender, radiant, uncertain, or full of wonder. Together, we create a rhythm of connection, reflection, and embodiment that nourishes both mother and baby.

What to Expect

Each 90-minute circle is guided with gentleness and intention.
We move through six parts, each designed to bring you deeper into presence and connection.
Grounding
​
We begin by arriving fully, through breath, gentle stillness, and awareness of the body.
You’ll be invited to soften, exhale, and feel the support beneath you as you enter sacred space.
Opening Sharing Circle
​
Every woman’s voice matters.
In our opening round, each participant is invited to share how she’s feeling in her body and heart; one word, one image, or whatever she wishes.
It’s a time to be witnessed in truth, without judgment or expectation.
Sacred Teaching or Reflection
​
Each circle centers around a theme inspired by the wisdom of pregnancy, nature, and the feminine.
We explore topics such as:

The sacred bridge between mother and baby
These reflections invite you to see your pregnancy as a spiritual path, a return to intuition, love, and embodied wisdom.
Embodied Movement

Through gentle movement, breath, and intuitive flow, you’ll reconnect with your body as sacred space.
Movements may include hip circles, heart-opening stretches, or slow rhythmic swaying all designed to help you ground, release tension, and deepen your connection with your baby.
Guided Meditation or Visualization
​
You’ll be guided through a meditation to connect with your womb, your baby, and the deeper spirit of motherhood.
Each session may focus on a different theme, such as releasing fear, trusting your body, or feeling supported by the unseen, always inviting peace, love, and presence.
Closing Sharing + Blessing
​
We end in gratitude and reflection.
Each woman is free to share what’s on her heart; a word, a feeling, a prayer, or silence.
The circle closes with a collective blessing for all mothers and babies, weaving love and strength through our shared journey.
